Interior
The holiday house from 2003 still has a modern feel to it, thanks to care and proper main­tenan­ce. Stylish fur­nis­hin­gs cha­ra­cte­rize all rooms – including the bathroom and the two bedrooms, which are furnished with a double bed and two single beds re­specti­ve­ly. The most re­mar­kab­le room, however, is the living room, because it offers an original interior with an open kitchen area, loft and sloping ceilings that go up to a skylight at the very top. Thanks to the open floor plan, you can enjoy the skylight when you sit in the living room near the wood-burning stove, and if you lie down in the loft niche in the evening, you have an unob­structed view of the starry sky. Among the more practical details, you also have access to a small utility room with washing machine and extra freezer and fridge.

Outdoor
The square meters are also well utilized outdoors on a small but well-laid-out plot. The car can be parked in front of the house, where there is also a small grassy area with a wooden bench. The backyard is more un­dis­tur­bed and, in addition, com­ple­te­ly fenced, so here and on the partially covered terrace it is good for the whole family, including any pets.

Location
The small summer house is beau­ti­ful­ly located at the end of Bork Hytteby on a closed road and right next to a play­gro­und. There is a playing field nearby, and the small paths lead you safely on the short trip to the summer house area's own dinghy harbor at Fahl Å. The area offers two lovely play­gro­unds. Fahl Kro and Bork Vikin­ge­havn are also a short distance away, and if you want to go to Bork Havn's popular surf beach and the cozy harbor en­viron­ment with shops and eateries, it is only a few ki­lo­me­ters away. Near the town center you will find a small, child-friendly sand beach, and at Fe­ri­e­part­ner you can play mini-golf, rent go-karts and bicycles if you fancy an excursion to the Tipperne bird reserve or to Skjern Enge, where you can transport yourself across Skjern Å with towing ferries.
