Thanks to the many large windows, the house enjoys a bright and welcoming at­mosp­he­re year-round, making it easy to relax and unwind. With most of the bedrooms grouped at one end of the house, the layout is ideal for families with young children who still need an early bedtime in peace and quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern ap­pli­an­ces and has direct access to the dining area and the living room, which features several cozy corners, a wood-burning stove, and a TV. Family-friendly amenities include a crib and a high chair, and the washing machine and dryer will surely come in handy after many fun hours in the pool.

From the dining area, you can access a spacious pool room with a 17.5 m² pool. Children and adults alike can enjoy countless hours of fun, and when energy runs out, you can relax in the sauna. The sauna is connected to the adjacent bathroom, which also includes a shower and toilet.

Enjoy life outside

The house is set on a large natural plot, well-screened from neighbors and passersby. Children can play in the sandbox and on the swings while adults watch from the terrace that runs along one side of the house. The lawn offers plenty of space for ball games and tag, and after a day at the beach, you can rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower.

This home is close to Blokhus town yet far enough from the center to avoid traffic and the bustling summer crowds. The North Sea is just a short walk away, inviting you to enjoy its blue waters, white sands, and tall dunes – perfect for hours of fun and acti­vi­ties.
