Description
Beautifully Renovated Summer House with a View of the North Sea
A lovely and well-functioning summer house for those who want to be close to the water and also appreciate other great nature experiences.
Welcome inside
The summer house was originally built in 1975 and underwent a major renovation in 2021, so it now presents itself in modern and top condition. The interior is styled in a beautiful, balanced Scandinavian design, with black, gray, and white as the dominant colors. All furnishings, furniture, and beds are of high quality, and with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and heat pump, your holiday will be easier and more comfortable. The summer house consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining table, and two sofas. This is where the whole family gathers for cozy moments both morning and evening. In winter, it’s perfect to light the wood stove, while in summer, you can open the doors to the terrace and let the northern light and fresh sea air flow inside. On clear days, you can even see the North Sea, which is just 850 meters away. Note the fast internet - 500/500 Mbps fiber!
Enjoy life outdoors
The summer house is located on a large natural plot with rose hips, grass, beach grass, and small trees. The dune tops provide good protection from the west wind, and children can enjoy outdoor life in the sandbox or with a bit of ball play on the grass. The house has three terraces: one covered at the end of the house, one open on one side, and finally, a sheltered area with a cozy sofa group, where you can relax in peace and quiet. The house also features an outdoor spa, where you can sit undisturbed and enjoy the beautiful nature around the North Sea.
Get close to local experiences
When you’re staying only 850 meters from the North Sea, regular swims and long, refreshing walks along the water’s edge are a must. The vast blue sea is fascinating year-round. The entire area around Saltum offers many great nature experiences: the beautiful forest, several viewpoints, and the small, charming Nols Lake, to name a few. If you’re vacationing with children, we recommend spending a day or two at Fårup Sommerland, Denmark’s most fun and beautiful amusement park. There are plenty of activities for the whole family, and good opportunities to buy a nice meal, or you can bring your own steaks and sausages and grill them in the designated barbecue areas. On rainy days, the holiday town of Blokhus has much to offer: a water park, fitness and wellness center, and a wide variety of shops and eateries—definitely worth a visit.
