The social heart of the home is a large and inviting living area with an open-plan kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a heat pump, and numerous windows that maximise natural light and provide views of the rolling beach grass and blue sky. An important ad­di­tio­nal feature is that this is a disa­bi­li­ty-friendly holiday home with excellent ac­ces­si­bi­li­ty, as there are no doorsteps or stairs inside the house.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, a large wooden terrace surrounds the entire holiday home. On the south side, you will find a covered terrace area with glass screening to the west, while the rest of the terrace is open, making it easy to find the perfect sunny spot. Wherever you choose to sit, you can enjoy the tranquil­li­ty of the secluded natural plot, which also includes a small lawn area suitable for play and garden games.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Klit­torn­vej is a small, quiet cul-de-sac, and the house is located at the very end of the road, close to a shel­ter­belt of gnarled pine trees. If you decide not to spend all your time in this private and scenic holiday oasis, it takes no more than five minutes to walk to Saltum Beach. With its soft dunes, white sand, and powerful sea, the beach is an im­pres­si­ve sight all year round. When the weather allows, you can easily head down for a swim in the North Sea before setting off on excur­sions in the beautiful sur­ro­un­ding area.

Driving on the beach is permitted, making it possible to enjoy a scenic coastal drive to Blokhus or Løkken. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can head inland—for example, to the popular amusement park Fårup Som­mer­land, which is located just a few ki­lo­metres south of the holiday home.
