This genuine fisherman’s house dates back to a time when the roaring North Sea provided income through fishing, long before tourism was con­si­de­red. The house is charming in every way, and with just over 100 meters to the beach—and access only via the beach—you really get the full ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Renovated in 2012, the house features a lovely kitchen, a com­fortab­le living and dining area on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom and a room with a double sofa bed. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which is designed spe­ci­fi­cal­ly for the youngest members of the family, yet still full of charm and hi­sto­ri­cal character. The summer house is ideal for a couple or a small family looking to escape the everyday routine, slow down, and enjoy some peace. There are excellent op­portu­ni­ties for walks, beach trips, or simply soaking in the tranqui­li­ty and idyllic sur­ro­un­dings. The summer house is situated on a large dune and natural plot, sur­ro­un­ded by dunes and nature, ensuring privacy from passersby. Around the house, there are several terraces with views over the landscape and glimpses of the North Sea. Many of these spots offer good shelter from the west wind. Long summer days filled with sunshine and delicious barbecue meals are gu­a­ran­te­ed!

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The North Sea is only 120 meters from the house. You can walk directly from the house down through the dunes to the waves. Blokhus Beach is wide, sandy, and perfect for swimming or strolls along the shore. Blokhus town is just three ki­lo­me­ters away, offering plenty of acti­vi­ties, good re­stau­rants, and a thriving shopping scene. For those wanting to explore more of North Jutland, a drive along the west coast reveals a string of charming holiday towns—Saltum, Løkken, Lønstrup, and Tversted—before reaching Skagen, Denmark’s nort­her­n­most town and a very popular holiday desti­na­tion.
