VWe are proud to present this summer house; elegant, exclusive, high quality, and ex­cep­tio­nal­ly com­fortab­le are the words that best describe it. At the centre of the house is a large and beau­ti­ful­ly designed living area with skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows in one gable. This space consists of an open kitchen, dining area, and living room — the natural gathering spot for meals and re­laxa­tion.

The house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, cleverly arranged so you can divide into an adult and a children’s section. From the master bedroom, you have direct access to a bathroom with a sauna — perfect for warming up after a long walk along the water.

The summer house is also well equipped with modern ap­pli­an­ces, Danish and German TV channels, as well as free wireless internet, making it easy to look up in­for­ma­tion about all the acti­vi­ties the area has to offer. This summer house is perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing and memorable holiday in beautiful sur­ro­un­dings.

Enjoy life outside
The house is situated on a gorgeous, un­du­lat­ing natural plot in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings with abundant wildlife and birdlife. The large terrace runs along the west and south sides of the house, offering excellent op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the Danish summer to the fullest. There is a sandbox for the children, and after a dip in the sea, you can rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saltum Beach is, for good reason, one of the most sought-after holiday areas in Jam­mer­bug­ten — indeed, in all of North Jutland. Here you will find one of the best and most child-friendly beaches on the North Sea, as well as beautiful paths for walking, cycling, and running. You are also just a short distance from the seaside towns of Blokhus and Løkken, known for their great re­stau­rants and exciting shops.

In addition, Denmark’s best amusement park, Fårup Som­mer­land, is only a couple of ki­lo­metres from the house, and if you’re looking for even more action, you can go go-karting or play a round of laser tag at Action House in Løkken.
