Description
This modern summer house will look fantastic on Instagram with its stunning architecture and sleek interior – but it’s also wonderful just to have it all to yourself without showing it off to others. And here on Brændevinsstien, you truly get to enjoy it in complete privacy, as the house is well hidden on a wooded natural plot at the end of the small road.
Welcome inside
With its green roof and beautiful wooden façade, the summer house blends perfectly into a forest edge. The sloping natural plot is invited right inside thanks to the large windows: Imagine being able to gaze out at towering pine trees and perhaps a passing roe deer while relaxing with a cup of coffee. The layout consists of two bathrooms with showers and three bedrooms with double beds, and there’s also an entrance with a washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space. The living room impresses with its high ceilings and the aforementioned huge windows, and the lovely kitchen invites you to make cooking a shared cozy project for those who love to cook. The slatted ceiling ensures great acoustics and is also pleasing to the eye, and by the way, there’s underfloor heating throughout the house.
Enjoy life outdoors
South of the summer house, the terrace deck stretches out, and it’s the perfect place to settle down with a good book or enjoy a delicious lunch in the sun. The natural plot is sloping, so at this end, the terrace rises above the ground, and it almost feels like sitting in the front row of a grandstand, taking in the breathtaking forest landscape. From the treetops, you might hear birds singing as entertainment, or you can simply enjoy the peace and tranquility in the secluded surroundings.
Get close to local experiences
It’s hard to find a summer house with a better location, as at Brændevinsstien 5, you’re on the outskirts of Blokhus Klitplantage and also close to both the town and the beach. Despite the attractive location, not many people know the area, which only makes the vacation experience even more exclusive. The plot borders an open natural area, and if you head south, you can follow the forest paths for long walks. To the west, it’s about 800 meters to the roaring North Sea and the beach, and you can also quickly reach the town square and the many great restaurants and shops in the town center.
