Large windows frame lovely views of dune grass and gnarled pine trees, perfectly com­ple­men­ting the colour palette and Nordic interior style.

Three bedrooms and a bathroom with un­der­floor heating, washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower are all spacious and well-appointed. However, most of the square metres are dedicated to the west-facing living area, which consists of a generous open-plan kitchen and dining space with an adjoining elegant living room. Thanks to the open layout, you can enjoy each other’s company even when cooking and relaxing on the sofa at the same time, while still having the option to retreat to a peaceful corner by the built-in fireplace—for example, when you want to enjoy a quiet moment with a book.

Enjoy life outside
There is also plenty of space outdoors for reading, play, and many other acti­vi­ties. The gently un­du­lat­ing natural plot measures an im­pres­si­ve 2,580 m² and features both sheltered ve­ge­ta­tion and more open areas where younger family members can play freely. Close to the house, a lovely wooden terrace extends outwards, and from here a few steps lead down to a secluded oasis in the form of a glass-screened tiled terrace.

From the holiday home, it only takes a few minutes to walk down to the water, making it almost essential to visit the beach every day—whether the weather invites swimming or you simply enjoy a stroll along the roaring North Sea. Saltum’s sandy beach is wide, allowing plenty of space for kite flying and beach games without dis­tur­bing other guests, and it is even possible to drive directly onto the beach by car, making it easy to explore more of the beautiful coastline.

In addition to the beach, the local area offers other at­tra­ctions, with Fårup Som­mer­land likely being one of the most well-known. Jambo Holiday Park is also worth a visit, where you can play mini golf on one of Europe’s largest mini golf courses.
