The layout is excellent, whether you're on a romantic getaway or have brought children or close friends along. It has eve­ryt­hing you need, including a washing machine in the hallway cupboard, good white goods in the open kitchen, and a luxurious steam cabin in one of the two bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the living room, and a lovely seating area has been set up by the kitchen island in the center of the room: This might be the perfect spot to gather for some casual con­ver­sa­tion and enjoy an aperitif while dinner is being prepared. After the meal, the sofa area is the perfect place to relax, and when it's time to sleep, you have three com­fortab­le bedrooms to retreat to.

Enjoy Life Outdoors

With a 5,000 m² nature plot, you have plenty of space outdoors and good distance from the neighbors. Tall pine trees shield the property, so both the terraces and the lawn offer lovely, secluded spots to relax when you want to sunbathe, play garden games, or enjoy a barbecue. For the kids, there's a tram­po­li­ne and a swing set, and if you're bringing a dog on holiday, it will certainly enjoy the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings as well.

Ex­pe­ri­en­ce the Local At­tra­ctions

Just a short distance away, Kvanbækvej ends in a cul-de-sac, so there's not much traffic near the house. However, it's easy to get around on foot, as there are great trails to follow, whether you're heading down to the beach or have put on your hiking shoes for a longer walk. A swim in the North Sea is easily within reach, with Saltum Beach being just under one and a half ki­lo­me­ters away. If you're a fan of mini-golf, it's wonderful to stay close to Jambo Feriepark, which has one of Europe's largest mini-golf courses. By bike or car, you can quickly reach Saltum town, and the beach towns of Løkken and Blokhus are also easily ac­ces­sib­le.
