This lovely summer house was renovated in 2023, offering a new, well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful new wooden terrace. The surroundings, of course, remain the same as always – and that’s fortunate, as it’s wonderful to vacation on the closed Svendborgvej, just 700 meters from Saltum Beach.
Welcome inside
After the renovation, the house appears bright and inviting throughout. The layout is well-suited for six people, as two of the three bedrooms have double beds, and the third features a bunk bed. The bathroom with a shower is located near the entrance, while the kitchen is seamlessly integrated with the living room. This means you can easily be preparing lasagna or rinsing salad while casually chatting with the family about your plans for the coming days. After a meal, it might be time to play board games at the dining table or relax on the sofa, where you can either turn on the flat-screen TV or simply enjoy the view of the dunes outside the living room windows.
Enjoy life outdoors
You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the view of the dunes and swaying marram grass outdoors on the 1816 m² plot. A large, newly built wooden terrace facing south allows you to sit where the sun conditions are best, unless, of course, you prefer to seek shade under the canopy.
Get close to local experiences
The summer house is located right next to an open natural area, which enhances the peaceful and serene atmosphere. If you want to go for a walk or take a quick trip to the beach for a swim, you can follow the small paths from Svendborgvej directly into the scenic summer house area. Saltum Beach is just 675 meters away, making it easy to greet the North Sea every day during your vacation. If you’re into fun attractions and water parks, it’s nice to have easy access to Fårup Sommerland, and the short distance to Saltum, Blokhus, and Hune offers a good selection of restaurants, shopping options, and vacation activities to choose from.
