It features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers, making it easy for multiple families to stay together com­fortably. The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern ap­pli­an­ces and seam­les­s­ly connects to the dining area, where everyone can gather for meals or enjoy board games. The space also includes a wood-burning stove and a TV. In the fireplace lounge, you’ll find another TV and an open fireplace—perfect for cozying up to the crackling fire while enjoying the view of the expansive, park-like grounds. The house also offers free Wi-Fi and a Wii gaming console with sports games.

The enormous, fenced-in property allows you to fully embrace the Danish summer. With a total of 130m² of south- and west-facing terraces and numerous charming nooks, there are plenty of spots to relax, sunbathe, and recharge. Children will love the many acti­vi­ties available: swings, a sandbox, a playhouse, and large lawns for ball games and tag. The 5,000m² property is a paradise for both kids and adults and can easily be described as your very own private park. A brisk 20-minute walk takes you to Saltum Beach, where you can swim in the re­fres­hing waves of the North Sea or play among the tall dunes. You can also drive along the shoreline to Løkken and Blokhus, two charming towns worth visiting for their great shopping and family-friendly re­stau­rants. The area features an extensive network of trails, perfect for walking, running, or cycling on routes of varying lengths. Just a couple of ki­lo­me­ters from the house, you’ll find Fårup Som­mer­land, voted Denmark’s favorite amusement park, and even closer is Jambo Holiday Park, home to Northern Europe’s largest and most exciting mini-golf course.
