This house may seem ordinary at first glance, but it is far from it. It is one of the closest houses in the first dune row along the white sandy beaches of Saltum Beach.

The house was designed by an architect who exclu­si­ve­ly used it for personal stays, and you can feel that great emphasis has been placed on quality and fun­ctio­na­li­ty throug­hout the design process. The house features charming bedrooms and a cozy kitchen, offering plenty of space to enjoy time together during your holiday. In the living room, a large and inviting fireplace creates a warm gathering spot for the whole family.

On the spacious property, you can truly make the most of the Danish summer. With a large terrace facing south and east, as well as a generous lounge area with a fireplace and direct access to a west-facing terrace, there are ample op­portu­ni­ties to relax, sunbathe, and recharge. Due to the house’s ab­so­lu­te­ly stunning location, you might find a little sand in your hair—but that’s simply part of the charm.

A brisk 10-second walk will take you directly to the miles-long Saltum Beach, where you can swim in the blue waves of the North Sea or play in the high dunes. You can even drive along the water to both Løkken and Blokhus—two charming coastal towns offering great shopping op­portu­ni­ties and family-friendly dining. The entire area is equipped with an extensive network of trails, perfect for walking, running, or cycling at various distances. Just a few ki­lo­me­ters from the house, you’ll find Fårup Som­mer­land, voted Denmark’s favorite amusement park, and even closer is Jambo Holiday Park, home to Northern Europe’s largest and most exciting mini-golf course.
