Cozy holiday home with plenty of opportunities for family enjoyment. The house features a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a sofa bed in an open connection with the kitchen. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double, a room with bunk beds and a sofa bed (3 sleeping spaces in total), and 2 bathrooms.
Outdoor
The holiday home is located in the small, charming holiday village of Østerby on Kegnæs. Here, there are activities for the whole family - challenge yourself with windsurfing at the causeway, where there are both kite and windsurfing schools or bring your fishing rod along. The holiday home is not far from the water with a beach and excellent fishing opportunities - both from the coast and by boat. If you're into some more physically challenging activities, it is recommended to bring your hiking shoes and/ or bicycles on vacation. There are some good routes around Kegnæs. The holiday home features a nice covered terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There is a shared garden with the neighboring house (SB506203) with various toys for the children, including a sandbox, seesaw, and swing set. There is also access to a shared "washing house" with a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as a fish-cleaning table and a freezer for storing any freshly caught fish.
Location
There is an opportunity for smaller cases of grocery shopping at the nearby campsite (seasonal opening). The Kegnæs peninsula offers a wealth of opportunities for nature experiences, whether you prefer to take a walk or hop on a bicycle and explore the beautiful rural surroundings. In the summer months, the village of Skovby offers plenty of activities for tourists, or you can visit the town of Sønderborg for shopping or a harbor- and café atmosphere. Als and Sundeved are some of Denmark's most historic areas with many war memorial sites, castles, and other attractions.
