The house is situated close to the water in the beautiful nature on the Kegnæs peninsula on Sydals. The house has a spacious terrace with a view of Flensborg Fjord and a lovely garden that invites ball games and play. There is also a playhouse and sandbox for the children.

There is an opportunity to make small purchases at the nearby campsite, which has a seasonal opening. The Kegnæs peninsula offers a wealth of opportunities for nature experiences, whether you prefer taking a walk or making your way on a bike, the beautiful rural surroundings, are there for you to explore. During the summer months, the village of Skovby caters to the area's tourists. Otherwise, a visit to the market town of Sønderborg with its shopping center, harbor, and café environment is highly recommended. Als and Sundeved are some of Denmark's most historical areas with many war memorials, castles, and other attractions.
