The house is situated close to the water in the beautiful nature on the Kegnæs peninsula on Sydals. The house has a spacious terrace with a view of Flensborg Fjord and a lovely garden that invites ball games and play. There is also a playhouse and sandbox for the children.

There is an op­portu­ni­ty to make small purchases at the nearby campsite, which has a seasonal opening. The Kegnæs peninsula offers a wealth of op­portu­ni­ties for nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, whether you prefer taking a walk or making your way on a bike, the beautiful rural sur­ro­un­dings, are there for you to explore. During the summer months, the village of Skovby caters to the area's tourists. Otherwise, a visit to the market town of Sønderborg with its shopping center, harbor, and café en­viron­ment is highly recom­men­ded. Als and Sundeved are some of Denmark's most hi­sto­ri­cal areas with many war memorials, castles, and other at­tra­ctions.
