The area

In the south-east of south jutland is Aabenraa. The historic town of Aabenraa is located on the coast. There are good beaches as well as a marina in Aabendraa. Furt­her­more, you can explore the nature around Aabenraa, either by going for a walk along the Hærvejen or at the Kløver­sti­er­ne in the center of the city. Aabenraa is a good starting point for excur­sions in the South Jutland or a shopping trip south of the border. Within half an hour's drive you can reach thehistoric towns of Haderslev, Sønderborg, Tønder or Flensburg.
