Location
Als is a beautiful place to spend your vacation. The nature is lush, the beaches are nice, pi­c­tu­resque, hi­sto­ri­cal towns, and fa­sci­nat­ing at­tra­ctions within a short drive. On the Northern Als you have the adventure parc UNIVERSE – a science parc for the entire family. The town Sønderborg is also worth a visit with the Castle of Sønderborg, the harbor and a nice pe­de­stri­an street with shops. Just outside Sønderborg is the hi­sto­ri­cal place “Dybbøl Banke”, which is a museum where you can learn about the battle with the Germans in 1864.
