Nice holiday home with a view to the Flensburg Fjord

This well-kept holiday home has a well-equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room, where you get a nice view over the water. The living room has a dining area, energy-saving heat pump, wood stove and access to the terrace. Further, you find a nice conservatory, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a single bed and a bathroom.
Using the stairs to the open attic room, you find two single box Mattrasses and one TV. The height in the middle is 1,80 meters.
Outdoor
From the holiday home there is a short distance to the Flensburg Fjord and the marina. Outside of the house you have a nice terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a grill. The garden invites to play and games with swings and a sand box for the little ones.
Location
The area around the Flensburg Fjord has many exciting attractions – both showing the history and the modern times. On the Northern Als you find the attraction UNIVERSE – an adventure park for the entire family filled with science and technology. If you want to learn more about the history of Southern Jutland, you should visit “Historiecenter Dybbøl”, where you can experience the drama and get knowledge about the war with Preussen (Germany) in 1864. In the largest town in the area is Sønderborg – here you can visit the castle of Sønderborg, walk along the beautiful harbor or shop on the atmospheric pedestrian street.
A few kilometers from Rendbjerg is the town Gråsten, where there is a lovely marina with a water park and shops. The city of Gråsten is known for having the summer residence of the Danish royals, Gråsten Slot. The Royal Garden is open for the public when the Royal family is not staying at the castle.
