Holiday home with sea view near Mommark in Als

This holiday home is close to the water and large common area with eg. ball court, campfire, play­gro­und and fish cleaning table. Walk 150 meters by Fiskervej towards mommark until you reach a common path, which goes to the beach. The house has a kitchen in open con­nection with the living room. There are 2 sleeps room. One of these rooms has twosingle beds (90 x 200 cm) and the other one with bunk beds (90 x 200 cm). There is also 2 sleeping mattres­ses on the house's loft (these are best suited for larger children). The bathroom has a washing machine and shower. The holiday home was last mo­der­nized in 2010 with terrace facing south and east.

The house is in an area close to Mommark on the east coast of Als.

The area

At Mommark, on the east coast of Als, there are many trails in the scenic, hilly terrain that invite hiking and cycling by forest and beach. At the nearby Marina there is a good sandy beach, ice and sausage kiosk, a camping and re­stau­rant. Often can you buy fresh fish from the local fishermen and you can book a day trip on a fisching boat or rent boats. The area is not far away from the Universe Adventure Park. There are approx. 15 km to Sønderborg, Dybbøl Mill, the History Center 1864, Dybbøl Banke, the shopping center "Borgen", swimming pool, and the pe­de­stri­an zone with many shops as well as its cafes.
