Charming holiday home situated in a at­tra­cti­ve holiday area

This small cozy holiday home is located at the end of closed area in the old part of Skovmose with a short distance to Als' by far best beach. The house contains a small entrance with porch, kitchen in open con­nection with dining and living room, bedroom with a queen size bed and bedroom with bunks and finally bathroom with a shower. The garden is primarily laid out with grass and invites to ball games and play. Find a shady spot on the lawn or patio with a good book and a cup of coffee, while the kids get to use some of the youthful energy.

Shopping can be done locally in Skovby or go to Sønderborg and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the maritime and cozy at­mosp­he­re by the harbor - the city also offers a pe­de­stri­an street and shopping center. Those in­te­r­e­sted in history should visit Dybbøl Mill, the fortified area and "1864" - also set aside a day to visit the adventure park "Universe". If you have the bikes with you, ex­pe­ri­en­ce the beautiful nature of Als up close along Gen­darmstien (see www.gen­darmsti.dk) - the trip can of course also be taken on foot.

The area

Skovmose is a very nice holiday home area situated near Skovby with shopping fa­ci­li­ties and a re­stau­rant. The child-friendly sandy beach near Skovmose is among the best beaches on Als. There are many at­tra­ctions in Southern Jutland. Denmark´s large at­tra­ction, the science park Universe is situated on Als. The castle in Sønderborg is also worth a visit as well as the idyllic harbour area with many cafés and re­stau­rants.
