The house includes a cosy living room with wood­bur­ning stove and panorama windows towards the sea, open modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access a nice viewing terrace from where you can enjoy the view across the sea. By the main door there is another open terrace.   

The area 

Gråsten with good shopping op­portu­ni­ties and a new aquapark (entrance fee) are not far away from the area, and the house is not far away from the border between Denmark and Germany either. Southern Jutland offers many exciting at­tra­ctions and sights. On Northern Als you find the large at­tra­ction Universe, a science park for the whole family. Take a trip to Sønderborg with its nice walking street, the hi­sto­ri­cal castle and the idyllic harbor front.
