Description
The old seafaring town of Marstal is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. Especially when staying in this charming townhouse, which is located very close to the marina and within a short walking distance to the popular Eriks Hale Beach.
Welcome to your holiday home
The yellow brick house has been here on Møllergade for over a century, and it was most recently thoroughly renovated in 2023 – as evidenced by the beautiful kitchen, the lovely bathroom, and the guest toilet. The house's unique spirit, cultivated over the years, can still be felt in the cozy rooms, allowing you to quickly feel at home and slow down to a relaxed vacation pace. On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room are openly connected, and a good bedroom is also located on this floor, while two additional bedrooms are situated on the first floor.
Enjoy your life outside
When you want to enjoy the sun and summer life but also prefer to relax at home, head to the house’s delightful sunny courtyard. The courtyard is completely enclosed with fencing and masonry towards the neighbors, functioning as a wonderful and private oasis – perfect for a quiet moment in the sun with an exciting book and a glass of iced coffee or another refreshing drink. If the weather is warm and bright in the evening, you can start planning whether to grill freshly caught fish or other delicacies. And if you need any essential ingredients in the fridge, shopping can be done quickly and easily, as you are so centrally located in Marstal.
Come close to the local experiences
The holiday home is so centrally located in the charming skipper town that you have everything within easy reach. If you don't want to cook yourself and prefer to invite the family out for a meal, there are several good restaurants and cafés to choose from in the town center, and the Marstal Maritime Museum is just a five-minute walk away, while the town's atmospheric marina is even closer. If it’s the beach that appeals to you, you have a lovely walk to Eriks Hale Beach, which is actually a small spit of land with water on both sides. You can, of course, also spend part of your vacation exploring the entire island of Aeroe, whether you venture out on foot, by bike, or by car on this beautiful, green island.
