Welcome Inside: Inside, the magic continues. You step into a lovely and solid house that exudes comfort and tasteful decor. The house features two living rooms. Down­stairs, the living room is connected to a de­light­ful dining area and a luxurious kitchen, equipped with two ovens and an abundance of kitchen utensils, calling for your culinary skills. There’s a wood-burning stove, a stunning sea view, and a terrace door leading to the fantastic outdoor life that awaits you both on the terrace and throug­hout the property.Upstairs, you’ll find another living room, perfect for re­laxa­tion and to­get­her­ness. This is where you pour a whiskey, put one of the house’s LPs on the record player, put your feet up, and enjoy the fantastic view and the freedom to just “be.” When night falls, you step into one of the de­light­ful bedrooms, where com­fortab­le beds await to give you a good night’s sleep. Or perhaps you head over to the lovely annex, which is more like a small cabin and neighbors the sauna barrel and cold water tub. There’s a nice bathrooms down­stairs and upstairs. In this house, you only have two tasks – make sure there’s ice in the freezer for the kids and wine in the wine cooler for the adults.

Enjoy Life Outside: On both the terrace and the rest of the property, you are embraced by nature’s beauty and tranqui­li­ty. Eve­ryt­hing here is well-con­si­de­red and designed for maximum enjoyment. You can almost feel the stress melting away as you enjoy your morning coffee sur­ro­un­ded by a rich and wonderful birdlife, with eve­ryt­hing from sea eagles to small birds. You can watch the local tugboat helping ships into Randers Fjord while dreaming about the big fish you’ll catch later in the day. During the day, the play­gro­und is a paradise for children, and when evening falls, the family gathers around the fire pit for evening coziness, popcorn, and mars­h­mal­lows over an open flame. Or maybe you’ll prepare the fresh fish you cleaned at the covered fish cleaning station. Udbyhøj is a lovely harbor town split by Randers Fjord. The Udby ferry, Denmark’s only cable ferry, connects north and south. Here, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce Udbyhøj Beach and Marina, where you can borrow equipment for crab fishing and explore the area with bi­no­cu­lars and fishing nets. A trip on the Udbyhøj Ferry will lead you through Randers Fjord, which is part of the Randers Fjord Nature Park. At Randers Fjord Nature Park, a mainland with rich fauna and a wealth of nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, including a very exciting birdlife, awaits you. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling along local trails or national cycling and hiking routes. Fishing is also a big hit.
