These meals can be prepared on the grill or in the well-equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy the sauna while keeping an eye on the kids as they splash happily in the pool. Last but not least, the house features a cozy activity room with a foosball table, drawing table, and a shelf filled with games and books. Created for re­laxa­tion, the summer house offers five com­fortab­le bedrooms – four with double beds and one with four bunks, plus a cozy sleeping loft with four mattres­ses. Due to the sloped ceiling in the loft, the two outermost mattres­ses are best suited for children. There are also two nice bathrooms and a utility room with a washing machine and plenty of space to keep a pram dry.

Enjoy life outside This beautiful property features three lovely terraces – all or partially covered, so you can find shelter from both sun, rain, and dew. The sea view can be enjoyed from two of the terraces, while the third is perfect for sipping a cup of coffee while the kids play in the sandbox or have fun on the swings. End a lovely holiday day with a family game of rounders or another activity that requires plenty of space, or grab a towel and head to the beach for a re­fres­hing swim.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces Skovgårde Beach is a tranquil and very beautiful area a few ki­lo­me­ters west of Fjellerup Beach. Once an old fishing village, it is now a de­light­ful natural area on the coast of North Djursland. The beach is very child-friendly and has a blue flag, with tables and benches set up for you to grill and eat while enjoying the water. The nature in and around Skovgårde is fantastic and varied, with many hiking trails and small roads perfect for walking and cycling. The coastline also offers great op­portu­ni­ties for recre­a­tio­nal fishing. Visit the local area to buy fresh fish, Danish ve­ge­tab­les, and honey. Djurs Som­mer­land is a hit with children, and Gl. Estrup, the Danish Manor Museum, is fa­sci­nat­ing. There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties throug­hout Djursland.
