Two lovely bedrooms with double beds offer com­fortab­le rest, and a bathroom with a spa provides the ultimate re­laxa­tion.Upstairs: Here you will find an "activity landing" with a double sofa bed and access to a wonderful balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the sea. Enjoy life outside: Outside is a paradise for playful children. Firstly, the garden offers many cozy corners where you can sit and enjoy life. Listen to the birdsong or the chil­dren's laughter from the swings. Secondly, the lawn is filled with acti­vi­ties: swings, slide, shelter, fire pit, sunbeds, and football goals, so there is something for everyone. Only 300 meters to the beach, where you and your family can take a re­fres­hing dip if the many acti­vi­ties in the garden have made it too hot.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces: Fjellerup Strand is beau­ti­ful­ly located on the north coast of Djursland. The beach is very child-friendly with shallow water and a sandy bottom. With a blue flag, dunes, and small paths, it is a perfect desti­na­tion for a day filled with play and adventure. The nature in and around Fjellerup is fantastic and varied, with many hiking trails and smaller roads, perfect for cycling trips. In the spring, you can enjoy the yellow rapeseed fields and the most beautiful light green deciduous forests. The coast also offers good fishing op­portu­ni­ties, and many children love to catch crabs. For an exciting day trip, you can visit Mejlgård Castle, the stone dolmens at Tustrup, and Gl. Estrup Agri­cul­tu­ral Museum. From the summer house, it is only about a 15-minute drive to Scan­di­navi­a's largest amusement park, Djurs Som­mer­land, where the whole family can get their adre­na­li­ne pumping on the roller coasters and enjoy the many child-friendly acti­vi­ties. In a half-hour drive, you can reach the cozy market town of Grenaa, where you can visit the Kattegat Center with sharks, penguins, and seals - an exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ce for the children. If you are willing to spend an hour in the car, you can go to Randers, where you can explore the Elvis Museum and Randers Ra­in­fo­rest, or visit Ebeltoft and Mols Bjerge in the southern part of Djursland. Last but not least, you can get a taste of city life with plenty of shopping and culture in the capital of Jutland, Aarhus, where there is something for both children and adults.
