Whether chatting with family and friends at the broad kitchen table, enjoying painting on stones, or sipping wine while preparing meals, you can take in the beautiful views of the garden, beach, and sea from all three areas with windows and doors open, allowing you to also smell and hear the sea. The house, built in 1930, is renowned for its solid con­struction and aesthetic appeal. Recent renova­tions in 2023 have been ta­ste­ful­ly executed, pre­ser­ving the old charming details and com­ple­men­ting them with modern interiors. The house spans 173 square meters over two levels. Upon entering the hallway, you have access to a de­light­ful bathroom featuring both a shower and a luxurious bathtub. The hallway also leads to the spacious, cozy, and modern kitchen, equipped with all the fa­ci­li­ties you need to prepare de­light­ful holiday meals. There's ample dining space, seam­les­s­ly tran­si­tio­ning into the living room and further into the "garden room," offering plenty of space to enjoy the view of the lovely garden. The garden room is fully in­te­gra­ted into the house, with un­der­floor heating like the rest of the ground floor, ensuring year-round comfort. The ground floor includes one bedroom with a double bed. From the living room, there's access to a large terrace facing the garden, ideal for grilling fresh fish purchased from Fiskemand Andersen just across the street. A staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, where you'll find two lovely bedrooms. One bedroom opens onto a balcony with scenic views, perfect for enjoying a book and a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the sea. You can even enjoy sea views from the bed. The second bedroom also offers fantastic sea views and ac­com­moda­tes four people—two on a loft and two on a double sofa bed. This bedroom provides access to a de­light­ful rooftop terrace, complete with bre­ath­taking sea views, sun loungers, and lounge furniture, creating the sensation of being on a sunny deck of a beautiful ship. Lastly, there's a 28-square-meter annex that resembles a small apartment. It features a double bed, microwave, coffee maker, and access to a small terrace, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine with a drying function.

The house enjoys a fantastic location just 50 meters from a child-friendly beach on the open sea. From the property, you can see, hear, and smell the sea. The garden behind the house is a standout feature, with beautiful landsca­ping, a lawn, and a bonfire site creating a lovely Danish at­mosp­he­re. You enter the property through a courtyard with ample parking space, including charging stations for electric vehicles.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Fjellerup Strand is an old fishing village that has evolved into an at­tra­cti­ve holiday desti­na­tion along the coast of North Djursland. The beach is very child-friendly, featuring shallow waters and sandy bottoms. The nature sur­ro­un­ding the northern coast is won­der­ful­ly diverse, with countless small trails ideal for beautiful walks and bike rides. Fishing ent­hu­si­asts can also look forward to ideal con­di­tions, and windsur­fers are magically drawn to Fjellerup. If fishing doesn't go as planned, you can buy fresh fish at several locations. In the harbor area, you'll also find excellent re­stau­rants and a highly popular ice cream shop. Nearby at­tra­ctions include the beautiful Meilgård Gods Manor, where you can enjoy culinary delights at Slotskro­en. The hi­sto­ri­cal­ly sig­ni­fi­cant stone caves at Tustrup and the so-called "Sten­dys­ser" are also well worth a visit. If you're traveling with children, they're sure to enjoy an exciting day at Djurs Som­mer­land amusement park, just 15 minutes away. Within a half-hour drive, you can also reach popular at­tra­ctions like Skan­di­na­visk Dyrepark and the fa­sci­nat­ing Kat­te­gat­cen­ter in Grenå, not to mention the entire southern part of Djursland.
