Close to Ebeltoft, you will find this cozy and well-main­tai­ned holiday home. The house contains a bright and cozy living room with good furniture and wood stove. In con­nection with the living room you will find the lovely and fun­ctio­nal kitchen with dis­hwas­her. Nice bathroom with un­der­floor heating, shower and washing machine. The house has three good bedrooms: including two with double beds and a room with a single bed. For the little holiday guests there is a cot and highchair available.

Outdoor
The house is located on a large well-main­tai­ned plot with a very large lawn, suitable for play and ball games. The house has both open and closed terrace area with garden furniture and grill. From here there is the most beautiful view of the landscape. For the little holiday guests there is a sandbox.

Location
The house is located by Dråby Strand, which is a very child-friendly and popular holiday area. The beach is in some places pure sandy beach and in other places may be a bit mixed. The area along the coast is very suitable for angling. From Dråby Strand there is a view of the beautiful protected Jern­hat­ten, which is a popular excursion desti­na­tion and from where you have the most beautiful view to the island of Hjelm. The house is about 6 km from Ebeltoft City with its many tourist at­tra­ctions. Here you can, for example visit the Old Town Hall, where it is popular to get married, or you can take a walk in the small cozy cobbled streets with the crooked houses. At the harbor there are several good re­stau­rants and there are also op­portu­ni­ties to buy freshly caught fish every day.
