Get up close to the local attractions
It is said that the sunset at Ahl beach is one of the most beautiful in East Jutland with Molsbakker in the background. It's also a paradise for kitesurfers. The water is child-friendly and shallow, so windsurfers have to go far out before it gets deep enough. The deciduous forest along the beach provides shelter and it's easy to find your own private nook where you can enjoy a day at the beach. Ahl beach has only four and five stars on Google Review. From Rævevej you can cycle for just 10 minutes and then you're in the city of Ebeltoft. Ebeltoft is a cosy harbour town known for its old town centre with cobbled streets and centuries-old half-timbered houses. There is a rich cultural life and plenty of small shops. From Ebeltoft, it's about ½ hour's drive to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, Djurs Sommerland.
