Alternatively, the large, level grass area invites young and old to romp around and play garden games of all kinds. The living room is open-plan and connected to the dining area. From here you also have access to a beautiful terrace. The dining area is only separated from the kitchen by a half-height wall. There are a total of three bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms each have a double bed. The third bedroom has four good sleeping places in the form of bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.
Enjoy life outside
The garden is fantastic. Numerous trees and hedges shield it well and provide plenty of privacy. Several terraces invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. You will have no problem finding a sunny corner or quiet spot here. Of course, you can also make yourself comfortable with your garden chair on the grass in the shade of the trees. A good carport is also available for you.
Get up close to the local attractions
Øer is a beautiful, popular holiday area. There is plenty of peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity, but also interesting opportunities for adventure. The child-friendly beach, forest and nature are just a few hundred metres away. The Øer Maritime holiday complex, with a grocery shop open in season, a sports hall and a restaurant, is also just a short walk away. Mountain bikers can look forward to a 13-kilometre MTB trail, which is divided into different levels of difficulty. Ebeltoft harbour is around 10 minutes away by car, where you will find fish shops, restaurants and a wonderful maritime atmosphere. Walk from the harbour along the promenade past the Glasmuseet and the frigate Jyxlland, on to the Maltfabrikken and from there into the idyllic cobbled streets of the old town, where you will find lovely shops, cafés and good restaurants. The town's biggest attraction is the old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, where countless couples from all over the world get married every year.
We also recommend a visit to Jernhatten, a 49 metre high hill formed during the Ice Age, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over eastern Mols and the small island of Hjelm. You should also plan a visit to the largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Sommerland, as well as Ree Park and Mols Bjerge National Park.
