This house is quite unique and af­for­dab­le 100 metres from a child-friendly beach. The living room of the house is designed to look out onto the water at a 180-degree angle. So even on a bad weather day, the view is specta­cu­lar. The house has been com­ple­te­ly renovated and has a large, open-plan kitchen, which allows everyone to enjoy playing games or cooking. The barbecue outside provides even more op­portu­ni­ties for culinary ex­pe­ri­en­ces - the only limit is your imag­i­na­tion. If you've run out of ideas for dinner, Mols Kroen is within walking distance. All the rooms in the house are large, so it's not only outside that the sky is high. From the partially covered terrace you have a direct view of the water.

Enjoy life outside
The house is secluded on a beautiful plot with the best view of the water. A nice extra viewing spot has been created at the top of the plot. You can sit in the outdoor shelter and enjoy the beautiful view com­ple­te­ly unob­structed. There are several terraces around the house so you can follow the sun all day long.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The Lyngsbæk Strand area is a cosy and popular holiday area, located next to Ebeltoft Vig and with a lovely sandy beach. Close by is the protected landscape of Mols Bjerge Nature Park, which invites you to enjoy nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and walks. Ebeltoft town with its cosy cobbled streets is approx. 6 km away. Hig­hlights such as the Old Town Hall, which is a popular place to get married and where many weddings are performed every year. On the harbour is Glas, a museum with glass scul­p­tu­res and a leader in modern glass art. There are also several good eateries and small shops. The area is also home to Ree-Park, where you can go on a jeep safari and get close to the wild animals. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, are about half an hour's drive away.
