Welcome inside
Solid and neat wooden house from 1999. Painted in an elegant black colour and built on several levels with vaulted ceilings. The interior atmosphere is bright and inviting thanks to the beautiful light from the large windows. Sitting in the living room enjoying the crackling of the wood-burning stove, playing cards at the dining table or cooking holiday meals in the kitchen, you can enjoy the beautiful view across the lovely terrace and on to the treetops in the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a door leading outside. The three bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation - two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is also a loft with two mattresses. The house's two bathrooms are bright and tidy and have underfloor heating. The main bathroom also has a spa and sauna, creating a luxurious and relaxing space.

Enjoy life outside
Secluded location at the end of the gravel road. The garden has an impressive, beautiful and well-equipped terrace where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet while birds sing in the treetops and small squirrels gather food and jump from branch to branch. There's cosy lounge furniture, dining tables, barbecue and sunbathing areas, and part of the terrace is covered so you can get shelter from the evening dew. A cosy fire pit "puts the icing on the cake" when you roast marshmallows or have a nice drink after a wonderful day in Djursland. The beach in Ebeltoft Vig is 800 metres away.

Get up close to the local attractions
The area is located at the top of Ebeltoft Vig and is popular for its child-friendly beach and beautiful surrounding nature. Beautiful old Ebeltoft is just 5 kilometres away and you can cycle most of the way along the wide cycle path along Ebeltoft Vig. You can also take the bus, which runs approximately every hour. Ebeltoft dates from 1200 and was granted its market town charter in 1302. A truly lovely town with lots of culture, glass art, maritime harbour environment, atmospheric old houses, cobbled streets and many cultural offers. There are lovely restaurants and many fine shops. Don't forget to visit Mols Bjerge National Nature Park and the rest of beautiful Mols. Djurs Sommerland, Ree-park and Scandinavian Wildlife Park are about ½ hour's drive from the house. There are many possibilities throughout Djursland.
