Welcome inside
Your shoulders will im­me­di­a­te­ly slump as you step inside the cosy house that offers a relaxing at­mosp­he­re and homely charm. The house is spread over two levels, with the ground floor con­tai­ning a fun­ctio­nal kitchen with dining area that is open-plan to the living room. Here you can enjoy a good book in front of the warmth of the wood-burning stove or step out onto the south-west facing terrace directly from the living room. The ground floor also has two single bedrooms, an entrance hall and a bright bathroom with shower. On the first floor, you'll find a double bedroom with access to an east-facing balcony - the perfect setting for your morning coffee and the morning sun.

Enjoy life outside
The secluded and enclosed grounds invite you to relax under the stars. Here you'll find two sunny terraces - one facing south-west and one facing east - as well as the first-floor balcony. Whether you're looking for the warmth of the sun or shady breaks, there's plenty of space to enjoy the long holiday days in peace and quiet. The grounds are ideal for both children and adults who want to be outdoors, and you can let your holiday peace sink in amidst the scenic sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located in a lovely area 1 km east of beautiful Ebeltoft. You can easily walk to the town and it's a beautiful walk across the European Film School's nature areas to the town. The old market town of Ebeltoft has so many wonderful sights, acti­vi­ties and places to eat. At the harbour you can eat delicious food at the re­stau­rants and buy fish, wine and Italian spe­ci­a­li­ties. As you walk along the promenade from the harbour to the city, you can enjoy beautiful glass art at the local glassblowers and at the Glass Museum and visit the Frigate Jylland. Enjoy beautiful Ebeltoft with its cobbled streets, lovely shops and re­stau­rants and the old town hall, where the registrar is busy marrying people from near and far. And don't forget to visit the Malt Factory, where there's always something exciting going on. The house is 2.5 ki­lo­metres from beautiful beaches and 14 km from Mols Bjerge National Park.
