Really nice wodden cottage located in the beautiful, quiet area of Næs-Skaverup Strand by Avnø Fjord.

From the outside you go under a cover to the front door, from here there is access to the entrance hall. Here there is access to a nice bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, as well as a washing machine.

From the entrance there is also access to 2 rooms. One with a double bed and dresser. A room with two single beds and wardrobe.

The kitchen and living room are in one, and from the entrance there is a view through the entire house.

The kitchen corner is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dis­hwas­her, oven and 4 ceramic hobs and extractor hood. There is a microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. From the kitchen there is access to a beautiful covered terrace.

Living room with wood-burning stove and heat pump, and sofa and TV as well as wi-fi. From the living room there is access to a large wooden terrace which is partially covered.

A bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

A cozy summer house which is located on a nice plot with a nice closed garden.

Close to both Næstved and Vor­ding­borg with exciting shops, re­stau­rants and cafes. Visit Camp adventure, Gavnø Castle or Bon­bon­land. Or ex­pe­ri­en­ce Vor­ding­borg Borg­cen­ter with exciting exhi­bi­tions for both children and adults. The house is located by the beautiful Avnø Fjord, which is one of Denmark's cleanest fjords, and the low sandbanks provide nouris­h­ment for a rich birdlife with great activity by e.g. ducks and waders and if you are lucky, you can see seals. Really an exciting area, which is worth a visit for a nice hike and walk. Also an eldorado for anglers.
