Welcome inside

Here you can be the big family or friends gathered and the place invites you to get down to business and relax in each other's company. The house is bright and inviting with large windows facing the water. In the living rooms you will find several cozy sofa groups and good seating. Here the kids can gather and play board games or watch TV, while the adults prepare the day's meals and have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The kitchen is well equipped, with eve­ryt­hing you need and on warm days, you can just open the patio doors and go directly out onto the tiled terrace and enjoy the view while you eat together. On the ground floor there is also a lovely bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and a lovely large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin and a washbasin at child height. On the 1st floor there are 5 bedrooms to choose from, all of them with a sea view. Upstairs there is a newer bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. There are 2 stairs to the 1st floor, one from the utility room and the other from the living room.

Enjoy life outside

Live in beautiful sur­ro­un­dings and peaceful nature. The house has a large, lovely old garden with plenty of space for cozying up and playing and a terrace facing the water with access from the living room. 400 meters from the house you will find a bathing jetty. The area is perfect for fishing and kayaking. There are 7 parking spaces on the property. The place is located in a bird sanctuary with many birds, so there is an op­portu­ni­ty for lots of nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The house is only for holiday stays, not for parties.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The area has beautiful nature and there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for good walks. Only 10 km from Sandvig you will find the old, cozy market town of Præstø, which offers good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, shopping streets, ice cream parlor, marina, cafes and re­stau­rants. Or treat yourself to a visit to the Michelin re­stau­rant Fre­de­riks­min­de in Præstø - an absolute top-class ex­pe­ri­en­ce. The bridge to Møn is also 10 km away and here you can visit Møns Klint and the Geo­cen­tret, or go to the famous Tuesday markets in high season. A half-hour drive from Sandvig is Skovtårnet and Camp Adventure, which are de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. Vor­ding­borg with Denmark's Castle Center and the Goose Tower can also be recom­men­ded as an excursion desti­na­tion. Since Co­pen­ha­gen is only an hour's drive from the house, there is a good op­portu­ni­ty to take a day trip there and, for example, visit Tivoli.
