Welcome to this recently renovated and modern holiday home, designed in a charming holiday style. Ideal for families or groups of up to six people, the house offers com­fortab­le ac­com­moda­tions. The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for your stay, including a dis­hwas­her. It seam­les­s­ly connects to the large, open-plan living room, which features both a dining area and a cozy sofa corner. For added warmth and ambiance, there is a wood-burning stove. From the living room, you have access to a partially covered terrace, perfect for board games or engaging con­ver­sa­tions. The sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments consist of three com­fortab­le bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The spacious and elegant bathroom includes a shower, toilet, un­der­floor heating, washing machine, spa bath, and access to a sauna, providing a de­light­ful wellness ex­pe­ri­en­ce. The house is equipped with internet and a TV with built-in Chro­mecast, allowing you to stream your favorite series or movies. A children´s chair and a crib are also available for the little ones.

The two terraces are furnished with quality garden furniture, ensuring com­fortab­le outdoor living. For sun­bat­hing, there are several loungers where you can relax with a good book. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, you can prepare holiday meals on the house's charcoal grill. The garden offers space for free play and includes a sandbox for the younger guests. A short distance from the holiday home, there is a nice little play­gro­und where children can play freely

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
This holiday home is situated just 250 meters from one of East Jutland's best beaches, where you can enjoy swimming, walks, and perhaps build the most beautiful sandcast­le. The nearby play­gro­und offers a good ball field with goals, allowing the family to compete and see who has the best aim. The holiday home is located in the cozy Pærgårdkoloni in As Vig, known for its pleasant at­mosp­he­re. We recommend a visit to the harbour town of Ju­els­min­de, ap­proxi­ma­te­ly a 10-minute drive from the holiday home. Ju­els­min­de has a charming marina with many re­stau­rants, an ice cream kiosk, mini-golf, and much more. Throug­hout the summer, Ju­els­min­de offers various acti­vi­ties and dining options. Ex­pe­ri­en­ce the brand-new Nature Play­gro­und located in Ju­els­min­de, with 8-meter-high play towers situated by Odels­b­jer­get, a variety of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, chal­len­ges, and two new padel tennis courts. The diverse range of acti­vi­ties ensures hours of fun and exci­te­ment. For day trips, we recommend visiting the cozy island of Hjarnø, ac­ces­sib­le by ferry from Snaptun. If you prefer a city ex­pe­ri­en­ce, Horsens is a great option, located about a 20-minute drive from As Vig. In Horsens, you'll find excellent shopping op­portu­ni­ties, re­stau­rants, and at­tra­ctions such as the Prison Museum.
