Welcome inside

There is room for you all here with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and 1 toilet and 1 bathroom. In the large utility room there is space to clean the fish and you can wash clothes. The kitchen is fun­ctio­nal, with a small dining area and from the kitchen you go directly into the living room, where you can sit and enjoy the day's meals together around the dining table. In the living room there is a good sofa and chairs, where you can meet and have fun together after the day's ex­pe­ri­en­ces. From the living room there is access to a beautiful terrace with a view. The entire house has new wooden floors in 2025.

Enjoy life outside

When you step outside on the terrace, there is a wonderful view of the pro­per­ty's own lake and plantings, and the garden is fenced. The terrace by the living room has good garden furniture and here you can enjoy a glass of wine on warm days and evenings and at the same time keep an eye on the children. Here you will find both space for coziness, re­laxa­tion and nature ad­ven­tu­res. Here, on 55,000m2 of natural land with a large fishing lake, fishing is free. The following species can be found with certainty: perch, shell, crucian carp, grass carp and eel. Possibly also goat and some trout. Owner would very much like photos of caught fish. Caught fish MUST be released after a photo has been taken. Your dog must always be on a lead in the natural area for the sake of the game. There are breeding game birds on the area, where a game camera may be set up at times.

The bonfire site by the lake may be used freely with con­si­de­ra­tion. There is a canoe and life jackets that you can also use. When you rent the cozy house, you also have the option of renting an all-terrain whe­el­chair. So if you have dif­fi­culty walking, you can now get around the nature on your own. There is a large nature area belonging to the house that you have all to yourself. You can also fish in the lake from the whe­el­chair. (The house is not handicap friendly. Get close to the local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

This area on Møn has the perfect setting for a suc­ces­sful holiday. Klintholm harbor has a fantastic en­viron­ment and at­mosp­he­re and is an active yachting and fishing harbor and therefore you can buy fresh fish or catch it yourself. Here you will also find cozy summer re­stau­rants, a gallery and a grocery store in the maritime en­viron­ment of the harbour. In addition to a lovely sandy beach at Klintholm Harbour, there is a play­gro­und, boccia, cycle track and barbecue area. Klintholm Harbor is not far from Møns Klint. You also have the op­portu­ni­ty to visit the local ice cream parlor Møn Is, which is open from Easter to the autumn holidays. Here you can pet a cow and sit outside and enjoy the lovely ice cream.

The nearest shopping op­portu­ni­ty is Brugsen in Borre and a little further away the cozy market town of Stege, where there are several spe­ci­a­list shops with a large selection of goods from local producers. Here you will also find good places to eat, as well as grocery stores and the famous Tuesday markets in the summer season.
