On the closed Crownvej, this lovely wooden summer house is ready to give you a wonderful setting for your next holiday. The at­mosp­he­re is bright, light and inviting indoors, where you can easily be eight people, and if you don't want to enjoy the sun on the terrace, you just have to pass a single row of dunes before you stand on Vrist Strand.

Indoors
Comfort and quality are ap­pro­p­ri­a­te words to use when descri­bing the house, because after a thorough renova­tion in 2022, all rooms appear bright and well-furnished. You can im­me­di­a­te­ly feel at home indoors – for example in the cozy kitchen-dining room, where you can really pick up on the food or just meet for some snacks and a game of cards at the dining table. At cool times of the year, you can light up the wood-burning stove every day, and it can also be a recurring event to gather in the adjoining living room to cozy up with hot tea and a film on the flat-screen TV. The layout also offers two bathrooms and four bedrooms, which are divided into two sleeping areas, so that the house can easily be used by two families with children.

Outdoor
On several sides of the house you will find beautiful wooden terraces, so you can sit right where there is the most sun and shelter. The mornings can obviously take place on the east terrace, while the larger and partially covered living en­viron­ment to the south-west is perfect a little later in the day – yes, right up until bedtime, if you can't get enough of the fresh, salty air and the un­dis­tur­bed sur­ro­un­dings with a view of the dunes mars­h­mal­low

Location
Even though the summer house is just 50 meters from the beach, you live well and re­la­ti­ve­ly un­dis­tur­bed in the shelter of the dune range. From the grounds, you can follow a path up to the top of the dune if you feel like looking out over the North Sea, and of course you can also bring swimwear and beach games on the short trip if you're in the mood for a swim and a game of beach tennis. From the house you have easy access to Vrist's step board when you want to take a pleasant train ride out into the beautiful local area, and a little further away you will find a sea­so­nal­ly open mini market
