Beautiful newly renovated holiday home with panoramic views at Rude Strand

Com­ple­te­ly renovated on the ground floor in 2019 with a beautiful new well-equipped kitchen/family room and a new bathroom with washing machine. Un­der­floor heating in both the kitchen-diner and bathroom. Built-in alcove in the kitchen-dining room where the children can have fun. On the 1st floor, a new sofa and futon, from which the fantastic views can be enjoyed. From there direct access to the new large balcony, also with fantastic panoramic sea views. There is also garden furniture here, so you can sit and enjoy the most beautiful view of the sea. In clear weather, you can see Tunø and Samsø and the windmills off Tunø.

There are no TV channels in the house, but you can watch your own TV and streaming services via the house's Chro­mecast and your own mobile phone/tablet.

Outdoor
There is a lawned garden, but the covered wooden terrace is where you probably will want to spend most of your time. Here you can enjoy the beautiful views and find the peace and quiet of your holiday to recharge your batteries. Access from Kystvejen.

Location
The holiday home is located by Rude Strand. Here you will find beautiful nature and at­tra­cti­ve landsca­pes. From the holiday home, it is only a short distance to a lovely child-friendly beach. In the area you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce cultural history, for example, you can walk past the long mound with stone coffins in Rude. Saksild Strand is an extension of Rude Strand and can be reached on foot or along the cycle path. In Saksild Stand you can play a game of minigolf on Denmark's oldest minigolf course or enjoy a delicious ice cream Vaf­fel­hu­set. From Rude Strand, there are good bus con­nections to both Odder city and Aarhus. In Aarhus, we recommend visiting Den Gamle By, Aros and Moesgaard Museum. In Odder you will find Økologiens Have and Odder Museum - both worth a visit.
