Newly renovated summer house close to Rude sandy beaches

Welcome to a lovely and newly renovated house with many fine details. Here is the op­portu­ni­ty for a break from the everyday life, where you can enjoy the family and each other. The house's six sleeping places are divided into a bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a slightly older but cozy bedroom with a double bed in an annex that is attached to the house.

The house has a modern kitchen with dis­hwas­her and eve­ryt­hing you might need during your stay. There is a nice dining area directly connected to the kitchen, and on those chilly evenings, family can gather in the living room's sofa corner in front of the TV or with board games in front of the wood stove. There is a TV package on the Smart TV in the living room + activity room and internet 500/500.

The bathroom is furnished fun­ctio­nal­ly with floor heating, shower and toilet - And there is also a guest toilet in the house includes both washing machine and dryer, so all the towels can be washed after a long day at the beach.

The house has an activity room with a multi-table that can be used for a game of pool, a table tennis match or as an extra dining table. The room also has a sofa and a smart TV with a Play­sta­tion 4.

Outdoor
The house is located on a large private property in a peacefull area close to Rude beach. You can enjoy both open and covered terraces at the house which allows you to enjoy the outdoors most of the year, re­gard­less of the weather. There is several garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and lounge furniture to enjoy with the family. Here you can relax, read a good book or play on the large green lawn. Your meals of the day can be prepared at the outdoor kitchen and on the gas or charcoal grill and enjoyed on the partially covered terrace. We are confident that the house terraces will quickly become your favourite place to stay.

For the colder evenings, you can bake snobrød (twisted bread) and have a good time by the fireplace. There is a sandpit for the little ones and a football goal.

On the terrace there is also a super nice wil­der­ness pool, which you will surely enjoy during your stay.

The house also has an outdoor shower, which can be used during the summer months. It is both re­fres­hing and practical to take a bath outside after a lovely day at the beach.

Location
The cottage is just 350 from Rude Strand, which has a very nice child-friendly sandy beach. The water here is shallow so even the youngest can enjoy a re­fres­hing swim.From the beach you have a view of Tunø and Samsø, two islands that are de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit on a day trip.

Nearby is Saksild Strand where you will find Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, Vaf­fel­hu­set, Trekanten (pizza) and Strands­hop­pen with various con­ve­ni­en­ce goods and a new mini golf course from 2021. In Saksild you will also find Denmark's oldest mini golf course, where you can challenge each other and eat delicious ice cream or enjoy a re­fres­hing beer and a light meal. It is not far to the small marina town of Norsminde, where you can enjoy an ice cream or dine at the reputable Norsminde Kro. There is also "Fi­ske­hu­set", where you can buy fresh fish or enjoy it on the spot. It is rea­so­nably priced and very popular.

The bus departs from Kystvejen into Aarhus and to Odder. - Or rent bikes at Saksild Strand Camping and see the co­un­trysi­de and nature by bike. Sug­ge­stions for the trip could be a trip to Mrs Moller's farm shop and re­stau­rant.

Most of East Jutland's at­tra­ctions are just an hour's drive from Rude, - for example visit Djurs Som­mer­land, LEGOLAND, Moesgaard Museum or ARoS.
