Large and well-main­tai­ned holiday home with sea views, close to marina and beach

Interior
This lovely holiday home has a modern interior and such a lovely at­mosp­he­re. Much attention has been paid to detail and the house was mo­der­ni­sed in January 2019.

The open-plan kitchen/dining room is connected to the living room, where there is a wood-burning stove. The house has all home ap­pli­an­ces.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms - all with double beds. There is a large bathroom with un­der­floor heating, a guest toilet and a small hallway.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of space for outerwear and footwear.

It is very child-friendly with a high chair and cot.

Outdoor
From the living room you can access a lovely large covered terrace. It has a courtyard en­viron­ment, which means you can sit in complete privacy and enjoy the summer. In the garden there is a large lawn with space for playing and ball games.

Location
The holiday home is at a dead end, so there is very limited traffic.

The holiday home is only a few hundred metres from Kysing Strand. Here you will find both places with a pebble beach and places with the finest sandy beach.

Kysing is quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance from the holiday home is Norsminde Harbour, where you can eat at Norsminde Kro or Fi­ske­hu­set - both located on the harbour. The marina is always bustling with life.

In the summer, daily shopping can be done at Saksild Beach - about 6 ki­lo­metres away. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can drive to Malling, where there is a Su­per­Brugs, Fakta, petrol station, cinema, local train to Odder or Aarhus and much more - approx. 7 km away.

Odder has a large selection of shops and re­stau­rants - so there should be something for everyone.

If you fancy a trip to Aarhus, we recommend a visit to the art museum Aros, Den Gamle By, Tivoli and the entire new wa­ter­front, and Aarhus Ø is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit.
