Lovely holiday house in 1st row with the most beautiful panoramic view at Norsminde Beach

Interior
It is a pleasure to present this charming holiday house with a unique location with panoramic view of Aarhus Bay. On arrival you meet this view in the most beautiful way.

The house has a modern interior design and a cozy holiday house at­mosp­he­re. There is 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, from where the view can be enjoyed from the morning. In the kitchen dining area, there is plenty of space with direct con­nection to the living room.

In 2022, new floors have been laid in the cottage and a delicious new kitchen has been installed with a fine wine re­fri­ge­ra­tor.

So there is plenty of op­portu­ni­ty for a good cold glass of white wine on the terrace - wonderful!

The house has a bathroom with a shower and WC as well as a guest toilet.

There are no TV-channels in the house, but you can follow your own TV and streaming services using the Apple-TV in house and your own tablet or smartp­ho­ne.

Outdoor
The garden goes all the way down to the fjord, so you have the most wonderful view – not just of Aarhus Bay in Kattegat, but also to the fjord and the harbor. Here you can follow the life in the bay with the many yachtsmen. There is a great op­portu­ni­ty for enjoying your stay to the fullest at the terrace with the nice garden furniture, grill, and loungers. Behind the house is a fenced lawn and terrace.

Location
The location close to Norsminde Havn means, that you can enjoy the life at the harbor, visit Fi­ske­hu­set and get a little light meal to eat at the dock or you can eat at the famous inn, Norsminde Kro.

The op­portu­ni­ties for hiking are great, because as in addition to walking around the headland, you can also enter the fjord itself. You must also not deceive yourself to go for a walk all the way around Kysing Næs. It is a really nice trip. You will find the best beach at Pauli Ni­el­sens­vej.

The holiday house is located close to Aarhus and the bus leaves from the harbor several times a day. Take for example the bus to Aarhus and enjoy the coffee or the lunch by Aaen in the middle of the city, and then go for a walk in the beautiful pe­de­stri­an street. It can also be recom­men­ded to visit the art museum Aros and Mu­sik­hu­set, which is located in the middle of the city.

The location of the holiday house in central East Jutland means in general, that you are close to both the biggest at­tra­ctions and the biggest cultural events. Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Som­mer­land, Kat­te­gat­cen­tret and many other large at­tra­ctions is in driving distance from Norsminde.
