Interior
Nice and well main­tai­ned cottage where you can easily feal at home. The view is - naturally - in focus from the living areas. Therefore, whether you stay in the living room in front of the wood-burning stove, at the dining table or in the kitchen, you can enjoy the view over the water. In addition, there are three good bedrooms, a bright bathroom with sauna and a guest toilet. And with the alcove connected to the living room - there is also plenty of space for overnight guests. Moreover, there is internet in the house which makes it possible to combine freetime with work.

Outdoor
The outdoor fa­ci­li­ties are wonderful. There are several good terraces facing both east, south and west so there is always the op­portu­ni­ty to find shelter. On the east-facing morning terrace you can enjoy the sea view with your morning coffee and from the south-facing one which is covered, you have the op­portu­ni­ty to find shade and from the west-facing one you can catch the last rays of sun of the day. In addition, there is a lawn for games and play. And with only 150m to the beach, there are no excuses not to take a morning dip.

Location
With beautiful views over the sea, easy access to nature and the beach and with 20 min. drive to Aarhus, we would like to say that the location here is de­fi­ni­te­ly "one of the best". In Aarhus it is recom­men­ded to visit the art museum Aros, Tivoli Friheden or Den Gamle By. Within walking distance you will find the marina in Norsminde, where there in the summer is outdoor dining on the quay with eve­ryt­hing good from the sea.
