This cozy holiday apartment near Ballen and a lovely bathing beach is perfect for those who prefer small but well-equipped ac­com­moda­tions. The apartment is minimally furnished with all the es­sen­ti­als, allowing you to fully enjoy Samsø and Ballen. With its 50 m², the apartment is located just 80 meters from the beach and less than 5 ki­lo­me­ters from the golf course – making Samsø’s ex­pe­ri­en­ces the focal point.

When you step inside, you are welcomed by a bright and inviting open-plan kitchen and living area, which seam­les­s­ly connects to the living room and offers a beautiful view of Ballen Marina. The living room features a sofa bed that can ac­com­moda­te two children. Upstairs, you will find the bedroom with a double bed. To the left, there is a dining area with seating for four people, where large windows let in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, and coffee machine. From the kitchen, you have access to the bathroom, which is modern and fun­ctio­nal, featuring a shower with a glass wall, a wall-mounted shower­he­ad, a spacious mirrored cabinet, a sink with drawers, and stylish lighting. The apartment is heated with electric radiators.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday apartment is so close to the beach and marina that you can hear the waves crashing. Behind the house, there are benches and tables, but you can also simply head down to the harbor and soak in the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. With only 80 meters to the sea, there is no excuse not to take a re­fres­hing dip in the clear water or relax with a good book on the beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The apartment has an ideal location close to Ballen Marina, the sandy beach, and the charming town. Just 150 meters from the apartment, you will find one of Samsø’s best bathing beaches, and along the coast, you can enjoy a scenic walk.

Ballen Marina is just 50 meters away, where you will find excellent re­stau­rants, specialty shops, local han­di­crafts, and a grocery store. The town is a popular holiday desti­na­tion, where you can visit Mad & Vinbaren – Den Gamle Butik for a glass of wine on the terrace or enjoy a well-prepared fish dish at Røgeriet by the harbor. During the summer, small concerts create a wonderful and lively at­mosp­he­re in town. Children will love catching crabs at the harbor or trying out the new water play­gro­und.

Just under 6 ki­lo­me­ters north of the apartment, you will find Samsø Golf Club, one of Denmark’s most beau­ti­ful­ly located golf courses. It is always worth a visit – espe­ci­al­ly if you want to combine a great round of golf with Samsø’s stunning nature.

Near the golf course, only 6 ki­lo­me­ters from the holiday apartment, lies the charming village of Besser. Here, you can visit Søster Sidevind, a cozy café and boutique, or admire the im­pres­si­ve col­lection of classic Morgan cars at Morgan Garagen. From the town’s lookout tower, you can enjoy a mag­ni­fi­cent view over the eastern fields.
