Really cozy house, located in the middle of the forest on a natural plot, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is a little away from other neig­h­bours, in a quiet and scenic area. From the house there is a view of meadows and access to a path to the water.

The entrance hall and kitchen are in one with a tiled floor.

In the kitchen there is a stove with 4 hotplates, hood, electric kettle, fridge with freezer.

The kitchen is in open con­nection with the living room, which contains a dining area, sofa corner and TV without channels, but with DVD. There is internet, wood-burning stove and heat pump.

From the living room there is access to the terrace.

The house is well furnished and on one wall in the living room there are 4 doors. One is for a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Then there is a room with a double bed. A room with 2 bunk beds that are 190cm long and a room with a double bed. Mosquito nets are installed in all rooms.

Location in Ulvshale forest's most at­tra­cti­ve area. Close to Ulvshale beach, con­si­de­red to be Møn's best beach. The bathing beach is child-friendly with shallow water, a wide white sand beach and a large dune area. Good op­portu­ni­ties for walking and jogging in protected nature. Very good fishing op­portu­ni­ties close to the house.

Only 6 km from the house is Stege, a well-preserved and cozy market town with good re­stau­rants, cafes, cinema, galleries, exciting spe­ci­a­list shops and good shopping op­portu­ni­ties. Møn is on UNESCO's list of world heritage sites as a biosphere reserve due to the fantastic nature.
