Lovely holiday house with fantastic roof terrace, where you can enjoy the view of the landscape towards the sea.

This wonderful holiday house is located only 1000m from a beautiful sandy beach by Lumsaas and close to Havnebyen on Sjællands Odde. To sit here on the roof terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy the totally specta­cu­lar view is beyond descrip­tion but has to be ex­pe­ri­en­ced.

Interior
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor you have a spacious kitchen/diner, where you can all help each other prepare a nice lunch but also with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to play a game of cards. There are three nice bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with two double beds. On the ground floor you also find the bathroom. From the kitchen/diner you have access to an extremely cosy covered terrace. On the first floor there is a lovely reception room with access to the fantastic roof terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun, the panoramic view and maybe a nice glass of wine.

Location / the area
Big garden where you can listen to the birds singing and watch a passing deer. Do not forget a trip to the charming fishing village Havnebyen on Sjællands Odde, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch at Re­stau­rant Den Gyldne Hane or at the fis­h­mon­ger’s outdoor tables/benches. And do not omit a visit to the mill right next to the house, the grave of the naval hero, Søhel­te­plad­sen, Ka­sta­ni­e­lys (life-style boutique) or the close-by vineyard Ørnberg, which several times has been elected the best wine-grower in Denmark. You can also take a walk or a bicycle trip in the sur­ro­un­ding hills. And at last but least: Use the wonderful sandy beach only 1000m from the house
