Interior
The house is modern and well-equipped with a spacious living room with wood burning stove, terrace door and big window sections towards the garden. The open kitchen with dis­hwas­her allows to­get­her­ness and fun during cooking. The bedrooms in the house are divided into 2 sections, 1 with double bed and bunk bed in one, and 1 section with single beds that can be put together as a double as well as a bunk bed. This makes the house perfect for 2 families. Neat bathroom with shower. Although there is no TV, you can watch movies via tablets, as you can stream freely from the internet.

Outdoor
The wooden terrace with electric awning is spacious, so here you can gather around the barbecue and enjoy the sun while the deer are crossing the garden. The plot is natural with heather and there is also a fantastic section for children with swing and a treetop hut.

Location / the area
The house is located in the middle of the beautiful Geopark Odsherred, close to the maritime Odden harbour with Søhel­te­plad­sen and also close to Nykøbing Sjælland with good shopping. The nearby beach is one of the best in Denmark and offers fine sand and shallow waters for the youngest kids. The area is perfect for cycling and walking. In the summer period, you have a su­per­mar­ket, ice cream stall, crazy golf, re­stau­rant and music events less than 10 minutes’ drive from the house.
