Lovely holiday house located on a very special natural plot only 425m from the beach

This lovely holiday house is located only 425m from the beach close to Gniben at Sjællands Odde. Here you have access to a 150m2 wonderful sunny terrace divided into a covered and an open section, as well as a big and very special natural plot that you imply have to ex­pe­ri­en­ce your­sel­ves.

Interior
In the reception room you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to play a game of cards or enjoy a nice lunch in the cosy dining section. From here you have access to the small loft in the house. There is excellent internet con­nection with the po­s­si­bi­li­ty of streaming etc., good sound from the Bluetooth loud­spe­a­ker and a really nice open kitchen with dis­hwas­her. There are three good bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with single beds plus a lovely bathroom with shower. Eve­ryt­hing in the house is light, friendly and inviting. Youth groups are not welcome, and no open fire is allowed, nor is smoking in the house or outside.

Location / the area
Fantastic natural plot where you can listen to birds singing and watch the deer passing by. Do not forget to visit the charming fishing village Havnebyen at Sjællands Odde, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch at Re­stau­rant Den Gyldne Hane or at the tables/benches by the fis­h­mon­ger’s. Visit the grave of the naval hero, Søhel­te­plad­sen, Ka­sta­ni­e­lys (lifestyle-boutique) or the close-by vineyard Ørnberg who several times has been elected the best wine-grower in Denmark. And last but not least the panorama platform by the Artillery School at Gniben on the very tip of Zealand, where you can enjoy your coffee on the benches while watching seals play on a lucky day. But the area certainly also invites to walks and bicycle trips where you can really get Geopark Odsherred under your skin.
