Welcome inside
This holiday house stands light and inviting with a lovely holiday atmosphere. It has double-height ceiling, creating a sense of space, and huge windows that provide the house with good incident light. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so this is the centre of the house where everybody can gather and discuss the experiences of the day or the next day’s events.
Enjoy life outside
Outside you may enjoy many hours on the good terrace with an open as well as a covered section. The terrace is facing south-west, so you may enjoy the sun all day, and in the evening you can light the barbecue and spend a cosy time on the terrace, even though the dew is beginning to fall. The holiday house is located a short walk from Nordstrand, a fantastic sandy beach. In the area around the holiday house there is a common playground, where the children can have fun and meet other children in the neighbourhood.
Get close to the local attractions
From the holiday house you may walk or bicycle to the cosy pedestrian street in Nykøbing, where you have the possibility for shopping but also to sit down and relax in one of the cafés. We highly recommend a walk in Grønnehave forest and visit the artist wing in the Anneberg Park. This is a meeting place for artists, and here you can see their many creative works. Here you can also enjoy an exquisite dinner at Restaurant MOTA, rewarded with a Michelin star. Another exciting activity is Hempel Glass Museum with a fine collection of glass art. If you want a day for the children, you may visit Vandmanden at Rørvig harbour, where the children can catch crabs, but an outing to the amusement park Sommerland Sjælland is definitely also a safe hit.
