The 99 m² large summer house was renovated in 2020, so the bright rooms appear neat and well-kept. This applies to the bathroom, guest toilet, and the four bedrooms, which together provide sleeping ac­com­moda­tions for eight people – as well as the spacious living room, which is a wonderful gathering point with a wood-burning stove, open kitchen area, and abundant natural light. There is plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company, and if you need en­tertain­ment, there is the option to watch TV, listen to music, and play Nintendo. Another lovely treat is to unwind in the sauna and enjoy the hot tub, both of which are available in the spacious bathroom, which is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and un­der­floor heating.

Enjoy life outside
The house is situated on a large, enclosed plot sur­ro­un­ded by deciduous trees – and a fence, which is great for both families with children and dog owners. The lawn invites to play ball games, and there is a climbing frame and swings for the youngest family members, while the south-facing, sheltered terrace is a cozy oasis for both adults and children.

If you wish to spend your holiday in green and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, this summer house is perfectly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It’s easy to access the scenic areas, and you also have con­ve­ni­ent access to Arrild Ferieby’s great selection of family-friendly acti­vi­ties. There is something for everyone: mini-golf, tennis courts and other sports fa­ci­li­ties, great play­gro­unds, and even a fishing lake with a fly stream and tackle shop. Arrild Swimming Bath offers eve­ryt­hing from wellness fa­ci­li­ties to a 107-meter-long water slide, and if you get hungry, there are both a re­stau­rant and a su­per­mar­ket in Arrild. The location of the holiday village in the heart of Southern Jutland makes it an ideal base if you want to explore the beautiful landscape and visit exciting desti­na­tions like Ribe, Møgeltønder, Rømø, and the Danish-German border.
