There are plenty of lovely seating areas and cozy corners in this well-appointed summer house in the Sønder­strand area. Outside, it’s wonderful to be as well, where you can enjoy the peaceful holiday at­mosp­he­re and the green, un­dis­tur­bed sur­ro­un­dings on one of the sunny terraces of the nature plot.

Welcome inside
The at­mosp­he­re is cozy and inviting throug­hout the beau­ti­ful­ly renovated summer house, which includes three good bedrooms and a neat bathroom. Espe­ci­al­ly in the living area, where the kitchen and living room are combined, it is evident that great care has been taken to create a holiday home where you quickly feel at home. There are various corners with small tables or armchairs where you can settle down with the newspaper, a good book, or a puzzle – even the loft in the living area is char­m­ing­ly furnished. If you want to sit together, you can enjoy the cozy sofa area near the wood-burning stove or gather around the dining table located by the large window with a lovely view of the garden.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house is situated on a 2514 m² large plot, with tall trees providing shelter and ensuring privacy. There are two large terraces, allowing you to choose a seating area with good sun con­di­tions at any time of the day. Garden furniture and sun loungers make outdoor living com­fortab­le, and there is a grill available if you feel like cooking outdoors under the open sky.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
As the street name suggests, the summer house is close to Stormen­ge­ne, which is now a bird sanctuary with a diverse birdlife. Rømø Golf Club is also nearby, and there is easy access to the coastline and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. As an added bonus, Sønder­strand is just about a kilometer away. Here you can swim in the waves of the North Sea, and there are also op­portu­ni­ties to rent equipment and receive lessons if you want to try kite buggying, blo­kar­ting, or other forms of wind sports. In Havneby, you can shop at the well-stocked su­per­mar­ket, find a good meal, rent bikes, and much more. You might even be tempted to get out on the water, in which case it is recom­men­ded to take the ferry for an excursion to the German holiday island of Sylt.
